Deloitte Academy invites you to a practical coaching course for experienced managers.
Purpose of the program:
Practical training in team and individual coaching in an organizational context, as well as the development of leadership skills and preparation for ICF accreditation.
For whom it will be useful:
For team leaders, HR professionals, consultants, project managers, startup owners, employees of organizations that are transforming, as well as anyone who needs to use coaching in the workplace.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive:
- 26 hours of coaching practice,
- 34 years of CEE *,
- ACSTH *.
And also learn:
- choose the right time and reason for coaching,
- build trusting coaching relationships,
- conduct effective coaching sessions with managers and teams,
- apply effective techniques of individual and team coaching,
- confidently navigate the proven models of adult development and change.

Module 12. The Way of the Coach.
Training dates:
October - 10, 24, November - 14, 28, December - 12, January - 23, 30, February - 13, 20, 27, March - 6, 13 + coaching practice (18 hours) + 5 individual supervisions + case study.
Time: 9:00 to 13:30. For full-time classes in October and November - full day from 9:00 to 17:00.
Format: online broadcast with the ability to ask questions in real time.
Language of instruction: Ukrainian / Russian.
Teacher
Olena Khomenko is the author and lead lecturer of the course, Doctor of Business Administration, Professional Certified Coach ICF, first person coach and management team, teacher of leadership at the CoActive Training Institute, USA. For more than 15 years, she has led management teams in Ukraine, Latin America and Canada.
Ms. Khomenko trained at the CoActive Training Institute (USA), a leading international coaching school. She also completed a system coaching course at the Center for Right Relationships (USA), which trains coaches for organizations and teams. Elena holds an MBA from the Univesrity of Chicago Booth School of Business and a PhD in Business Leadership Administration.
Olena currently teaches leadership at the CoActive Training Institute and works with senior executives and management teams in the United States, Canada and Ukraine.
Cost and conditions:
The cost of the program: the usual cost - 52 000 UAH or 3 payments of 19000 UAH without VAT (respectively, VAT - 62400 UAH and 3 for 22800 UAH.), Discount for groups - 10%.
